Establish AI Core Build as the public-facing concept without exposing private implementation details.
Phase 2
Home lab access
Set up secure VPN access into the home network and define the internal server role.
Phase 3
Local archive
Create controlled storage for documents, transcripts, notes, family history, and project records.
Phase 4
Search and retrieval
Add local indexing, summarization, retrieval, and memory search capabilities.
Phase 5
Assistant workflows
Add practical automation for drafting, organizing, planning, documentation, and eventually voice-assisted operation.
Operating rule
Momentum matters, but architecture protects momentum.
Move fast, but build the core in a sequence that avoids rework, security exposure, and uncontrolled complexity.
